We are seeking a Sales Representative with at least 3 years of experience in cold calling and a graduate degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
Follow up with leads and prospects via email or phone to qualify them for sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals with customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in cold calling, preferably in B2B sales.
A graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales skills and ability to persuade and influence others.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools preferred.
